Rich Franklin Out Two to Three Months from Shoulder Surgery

A shoulder injury recently suffered in training will force former UFC middleweight champion and current light heavyweight Rich Franklin to undergo surgery that will sideline him two to three months.

"The timing of this shoulder injury is unfortunate considering my fight was pulled from the UFC 133 card, but I know everything will go as planned and that I will recover quickly," Franklin said in a statement.
