Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Kissing Photo Is Fake, Rep Says

A rep for Bieber says the picture isn't of the rumored couple.
By Jocelyn Vena

OK, so Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez aren't kissing and telling when it comes to the status of their relationship, and they're also not kissing and snapping photos. When a picture leaked online of what appeared to be the teen stars caught in a lip-lock, fans began to wonder if perhaps the rumors of their romance were true.

But a rep for Bieber told Celebuzz that the photo, which originally appeared on Bieber fan site Bieber Heiress, is a fake. The rep added that they hope "no one is actually paying money for that photo" since the couple in the photo are not actually Bieber and Gomez.

But those aren't the only rumors circulating about Justin and Selena. E! News reports that the pair were seen hanging out in Miami ordering room service at the Gansevoort Hotel, where Bieber was staying under the alias Chandler Bing, Matthew Perry's character from "Friends." They reportedly ordered some late-night food from STK on December 18 at around 1 a.m. The two were spotted in the hallway of the hotel. What did they drink with their meal? Pepsi and ginger ale.

Bieber recently tweeted about rumors, writing, "Chillin and happy. Its been a fun year with a lot of blessings. Some crazy rumors but so much love and memories. We r just gettin started!! So enjoy the holidays. Get crazy and have some laughs. Life is too short. At least that is what they tell me. #newyearsIsComin."

Do you think the Justin/Selena photo is legit? Share your theories in the comments!

Justin Bieber's 'Ride' Leaks Online

The previously unheard tune appeared on the Internet Wednesday.
By James Dinh

Justin Bieber
Photo: George Pimentel/ WireImage

Despite his young and tender age, it should be painfully apparent that Justin Bieber is quite the ladies' man. So it comes as no surprise that the pop star took to the studio to confess his love-stricken teenage emotions through his music. In the latest of his odes to women comes the previously unheard track called "Ride," which surfaced on the Internet Wednesday (December 22).

Over a beat that sounds similar to old-school video game sound effects, Bieber serenades his girl, confessing that he'd go above and beyond to spend time with her. "We could go anywhere, to the moon and through the air/ We could go to the movies or the mall, baby I don't care/ Yeah this is true, wanna be with you/ And I just wanna ride with you," he sings.

No word on whether the sugary tune is old or a possible submission for Bieber's next project. However, the tune sounds like it might be a demo for a female vocalist as the pop singer ends the first verse with the line: "I could be your queen but you could be my boo."

"Ride" isn't the only new Bieber song to have surfaced online recently as Justin's club-ready "Latin Girl" also leaked just a few weeks ago. In addition to the tracks, Biebs has also been in and out of the recording studio with some familiar faces working on his next album, which is tentatively set to drop late next year.

While it's not clear whether Diddy will make an appearance on the Canadian heartthrob's next project, one act the singer is confirmed to have worked with is Rascal Flatts. The country trio's lead singer, Gary LeVox, spoke about the Bieber collabo in a recent interview with country radio station WSIX. "[Justin] asked us to do a duet with him on his next record," he said. "It's actually a really good song! The kid is really talented. He plays five or six different instruments really well."

Deadmau5 Brings Dance Music To The 'Masses,' Wolfgang Gartner Says

'He has a major role in the younger generation to this music,' producer/DJ tells MTV News of his collaborator.
By Adam Stewart

It's no secret that 2010 was a pivotal year for electronic dance music here in the States. With deadmau5 and Swedish House Mafia becoming household names, the genre's momentum shows no signs of slowing down. Using a conduit of collaboration, artists such as deadmau5 (a.k.a. Joel Zimmerman) have paired up with various underground acts to further the rapid expansion of the genre.

Perhaps one of the most notable movers and shakers of the year is now-Grammy-Award-nominated producer and DJ Wolfgang Gartner, who recently sat down to chat with MTV News about deadmau5 and dance music's rise to the top.

"He has a major role in the younger generation to this music," Gartner says, "but there have been certain artists that have been instrumental in helping it cross over and reach the mainstream — which I think is a good thing. I think rap artists using dance beats is a great thing. I think it just brings more people towards this music that we all love."

Thanks to several key moments, such as deadmau5 taking the helm as house DJ (well, technically "House Artist") for the 2010 VMAs, dance music has been thrown into the forefront of America's youth, a key demographic for any genre.

"Everybody knows who he is now and he's kind of exposing the masses to dance music. These little five-, six- and seven-year-old kids latch on to this 'mau5head' logo — they get into the music and he's bringing this tiny young generation into this music that probably wouldn't be exposed to it."

Gartner certainly doesn't mind the exposure either. Unless you were living under a rock for the past six months, you probably heard one of this past summer's hottest anthems, "Animal Rights," a collaborative effort brought forth by deadmau5 and Gartner.

"It was interesting because I kind of had a preconceived notion about how he would be to work [with]," said Gartner. "I think our sounds are really similar, so I figured he would work in a similar way to me, but the way that he writes music is actually completely different to me. But he achieves kind of the same sound through a completely different process."

Recorded in deadmau5's favorite Los Angeles studio — that would be rocker Tommy Lee's House — "Animal Rights" is a thumping progressive house anthem that melds Wolfgang's unmistakable harmonics and funk riffs with the driving bass line and wobbly synths that make deadmau5 one of the unique forces in the dance music world.

"[Deadmau5] writes these rich complex chord progressions and he does it by drawing these little bars on a grid, which is just amazing that you can do that and get that result," Gartner goes on to say. "It just proves you don't have to be able to play keyboards to write amazing music."

The two sound pioneers never cease to stop pushing the limits on what they are able to produce. Using drastically difference production approaches, deadmau5 and Gartner had the ability to play off each other's strengths while recording the track.

"I'd say the biggest thing is that I play everything in on a keyboard, like even my drums," says Gartner. "I play everything in live and he draws it in with notes on a mouse, which blew me away because his music is very musical."

What do you think 2011 will hold for deadmau5 and Gartner? Let us know in the comments below!

'Showtime' kick gives Pettis perfect launching point into the UFC

It was a little sad to see the WEC close its doors last night. The card was representative of everything that hardcore fans liked about the promotion. In the main event, Anthony Pettis served as a prime example of what made the WEC so much fun.

The promotion featured lots of young fighters with well-rounded games and endless stamina. Because the money wasn't great and jobs are hard to come by in MMA, most of the guys fought their asses off. You rarely saw a match with a guy trying to cruise to a victory or playing it safe.

Last night at WEC 53, when the Pettis-Ben Henderson fight was tied going into the final round, the 23-year-old Milwaukee native didn't come off his stool looking to eek out the win. He was aggressive and nailed one of the best moves in MMA history to seal the victory - "The Showtime" kick.

With just over a minute left in the fight, Pettis ran up the side of the cage and landed a kick right Henderson's kisser (0:24 mark). He got the win, grabbing the final WEC lightweight belt and the first shot at the winner of Frank Edgar and Gray Maynard in the UFC.

The first time I saw Anthony Pettis in a WEC cage was back at WEC 41 in Sacramento. He took apart Mike Campbell that night and I remember thinking why did Zuffa put this kid in the WEC? He's absolutely good enough to fight right now in the bigger UFC.

Pettis also had an unreal back story. As a teen, he came home to discover his father had been murdered. Pettis then turned to fighting and training MMA. He went pro at 20 and debuted with WEC at 22. Less than 18 months later, he's locked up a shot at the UFC's lightweight title.

Pettis is exactly what people were talking about five years ago when they said, watch what happens to this sport when the young kids who are training in MMA gyms now arrive. Most of the future stars won't come from a specific discipline. From a young age, they'll have trained in jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing and kickboxing.

That's Pettis. We called it back in November at the time of the merger, tabbing Pettis the No. 4 fighter on a list of WEC stars moving over to the UFC. That was four spots ahead of Henderson who actually had the strap.

Pettis came through last night but took it to another level with that kick. There were countless fighters on Twitter saying they'd never seen anything like it and further admitting they couldn't do it. That's high praise. The kid deserves it and may have a big future on the bigger stage.

Listen here to hear Cofield and Adam Hill from the Las Vegas Review-Journal on ESPNRadio1100 in Las Vegas as talk about the victories by Pettis and Dominick Cruz.

Obama and Income Inequality: No New Brazils!

Mickey Kaus, Newsweek
We're going to be hearing a lot about income inequality over the next few years. It may be an abstract concept, but it gets hits like Sarah Palin and attracts grant money like Cory Booker. Tim Noah's series on the subject was (rightly) so popular he got a book contract out of it. Jacob Weisberg's piece, in which he declares (plausibly) that Obama is losing the "war on inequality" has been up for a few hours and is already a magnet for impassioned comments.

WEC 53: Donald Cerrone Submits Chris Horodecki

by Michael David SmithDonald Cerrone showed off a great display of fighting from his back Thursday at WEC 53, spending most of the second round controlling Chris Horodecki from the bottom before eventually getting him to tap out to a triangle choke.

Cerrone thanked his coach afterward.

"Thanks to Greg Jackson," Cerrone said. "Always pushing, always giving us words of wisdom to keep us motivated. I've got to give it all to Greg Jackson."

Drop.io and Present.io officially shut down

At the end of October, Facebook acquired Drop.io and set about integrating the media sharing service into Facebook.com. At that time, they spelled out December 15th as the final shutdown date -- and while it's taken a few extra days, Drop.io has finally flatlined. Unsurprisingly, the company's less-talked-about Present.io screen sharing service has also been shuttered.

Both sites now display a no-nonsense "discontinued" message that lets you know you can still email support@drop.io with your inquiries. As for what Facebook plans on doing with Drop.io's assets -- we're just going to have to wait patiently. Perhaps we'll see some sort of Present.io-based video chat feature?

Trim and energetic Alves whips Howard at UFC 124

Thiago Alves hasn't been at his best in a long time. Tonight in Montreal, the vicious striker was in tip-top shape. It paid off. He put on a striking clinic against John Howard to pick up a unanimous decision, 30-27 on all cards in the first fight on the pay-per-view portion of UFC 124.

Alves (18-7, 10-4 UFC) is one of the top strikers in the UFC's welterweight division from a  technical standpoint, but his career stalled in 2009 and 2010 because he couldn't maintain his weight. The stocky Brazilian missed weight in two of his last four fights. As a result, Alves was listless in his last fight, a one-sided loss to Jon Fitch. An angry Dana White said he was fed up and Alves would have to go middleweight.

Alves got one more chance to stay at the lower weight by changing his lifestyle. He brought in diet expert Mike Dolce. Dolce's plan clearly paid dividends. Alves was fresh for all 15 minutes. His leg kicks were devastasting.

Howard (14-6, 4-2 UFC) tried to go on the offense throughout, but Alves was too smooth for him. Alves had him timed early in the fight and Howard took a beating.

Alves also showed a decent ground game by scoring two takedowns, including a big slam in the second round. He also floored Howard in the third. Alves timed a Howard leg kick and popped him with right, straight down the pipe.

Howard has lost two straight after beginning his UFC career with four wins.

Daniel Craig And Rachel Weisz Step Out As A Couple

Pair met while filming 'Dream House.'
By Terri Schwartz

Natalie Portman, Ginnifer Goodwin and Hugh Hefner aren't the only ones who had some romantic luck over the long Christmas weekend. Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz cozied up in southwestern England while taking a break from filming their upcoming movie, "Dream House."

British newspaper News of the World published photos of Craig and Weisz holding hands in the snowy countryside of Dorset and then walking into a pub together. A customer told the paper that "they were clinging to each other like honeymooners. The chemistry was obvious."

Another onlooker said they "looked like a romantic couple in a film. They were laughing and chatting and hanging on to each other's words and stopping to take photos of each other." The couple were also reported to have shared a cottage hideaway.

Sparks easily could have started flying on the set of "Dream House," which stars Craig and Weisz as a married couple. The supernatural thriller takes a turn for the worse when the couple move with their two daughters to a quiet New England town, and they find out their new home was the site of a murder that claimed the life of a young mother and her two children. Naomi Watts also stars in the film as a neighbor with close ties to the deceased family.

In November, Weisz split from "Black Swan" director Darren Aronofsky, whom she was with for nine years. Meanwhile, Craig parted ways with his producer girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell earlier this year.

5 ways to recycle or revitalize your old computer

Macintosh SEChristmas is coming, and you're about to have a ton of time off. Some of that time will be spent energetically tearing apart beautifully-wrapped gifts, and eating food is certainly next on the list of priorities. Obviously you have to play with your new gifts (or put on your new socks), but after that... after the postprandial sofa-surfing grunts and burps and farts... well, there isn't a whole lot you can do.

The other big thing about Christmas is the amount of waste it produces. Wrapping paper, cards, ribbons, the plastic packaging of the presents themselves... there's an awful lot of trash on Christmas Day. Then, of course, you need to throw out all of the things that have been replaced by new gifts: old kitchen appliances, clothes, televisions, printers and, most importantly, computers. A new laptop or desktop is incredibly cheap nowadays, which makes them very popular gifts.

But shouldn't we do something with the old stuff, rather than just throwing it out? Of course, you could Freecycle or wade into the Craigslist cesspit, or give your clothes to charity -- but hold onto those old computers! You'd be surprised with how many cool things you can do with an old desktop or laptop computer. You could finally learn how to use Linux, or set up a media center PC so that you can watch downloaded movies on your TV. You could create a locked-down box for your kids to surf the Web on, or a network-attached storage server for your backups. There's almost no end to the list of neat things you can do with an old PC!

Miller surprises Oliveira with first round sub at UFC 124

Charles Oliveira is a great prospect. The key word is prospect. The 21-year-old was facing a guy with seven UFC wins and a well-rounded game.

Oliveira took Miller lightly on the ground and paid for it.

The New Jersey-native, working from top control in a standing position, transitioned to an ankle lock. Oliveira didn't do much to extricate himself, and Miller cranked back with a kneebar. Oliveira tapped almost immediately giving Miller the win at 1:59 of the first round.

"When I stood up and the leg presented itself, I went for it," Miller said at the UFC 124 postfight press conference. "I really don't care where the fight ends up going. I started attacking the toe hold and he didn't worry about the knee."

Update - Miller split the Submission of the Night award with Mark Bocek and received $50,000 for his efforts.

Miller's appearance must fool people. At just 5-foot-7 with a red beard, he looks like the guy next door. There was heavy betting on Oliveira. By the time the fight went off, Miller was a plus-140 underdog in spite of entering the match with a six-fight win streak.

"Coming into the fight, I was trying to gain a little respect to be honest," Miller said. at the UFC 124 postfight press conference. "We went into that fight with him as the favorite, which I really didn't understand."

"He's got a big future ahead of him, but I knew I've fought a lot tougher guys than he has," Miller said. "I was trying to leave me mark and really get after him."

Even Dana White had his doubts about Miller's chances on the ground with Oliveira.

"When he went for that foot, me and (UFC owner Lorenzo) Fertitta looked at each other and said 'that was stupid.' Then he pulls off that kneebar," White laughed. "Goes to show you what we know. That why he fights and we don't."

Miller (19-2, 8-1 UFC) is a tough nut to crack. His only loss came against Gray Maynard, who is unbeaten in the UFC and challenging UFC lightweight champ Frank Edgar for the title next month.

Oliveira (14-1, 2-1 UFC) was the rage of the division after two dominant UFC wins since August.

Nicole Kidman: My Kids Chose to Live with Tom Cruise

Nicole Kidman doesn't talk too much about the teenage children she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise. But while promoting her new drama Rabbit Hole this week, Kidman, 43, admitted that her two oldest kids chose to live with their father -- and that the decision has been tough on her.

"They live with Tom, which was their choice," said Kidman of daughter Isabella, 18, and son Connor, 15. "I'd love them to live with us, but what can you do?"

Without her teenagers around, Kidman has been focusing her attention on her two-year-old daughter with husband Keith Urban, Sunday Rose.

"It took me so long to get pregnant and have a baby, so I have enormous gratitude," the actress said recently. "I have two grown children with that enormous gratitude that they are healthy and sane and together and are great, great people."

Us Magazine points out that Kidman hasn't been photographed with her older children since filming Australia in 2007. However, they're frequently snapped by paparazzi in the company of their father and stepmother Katie Holmes -- who has said that the children call her "mom" (even though Holmes is only 11 years older than Isabella!).

In Rabbit Hole, Kidman plays a mother who lost her young son in a tragic accident. But she says that she didn't need the role to make her appreciate her kids -- because all three of them make her proud every day.

"I'm not one of those people that needs to be reminded of what I have," says Kidman.

Are you surprised that Nicole Kidman's children chose to live with Tom Cruise? Chime in below!

All Household Appliances Should Be Made By Apple

Like many of you, I am visiting family this holiday season and nowhere does gadget snobbery become more apparent than during gatherings with loved ones. Aside from the ubiquitous "Whose phone is faster?" question, which in my case led to an email race at Christmas dinner, there is endless potential for the marginally tech savvy to show off during the holidays. But all the superiority gleaned from being able to load non-iTunes purchases into your mom's iPod is tossed out the window when faced with a relative's overly complex coffee machine, an arbitrarily complicated alarm clock and two separate indecipherable TV remotes for one TV.

frequency Approved: Burton Tech Flannel

Growing up in Canada, flannel was almost as omnipresent as the classic “Canadian tuxedo.” From the ski hill to chopping firewood and late nights fireside beer-hosin’, it was a do-it-all, multifunction garment of the highest regard.

Burton’s tech flannel (retail price: $79.95) brings back early memories of learning to run a chainsaw, but with a new slant. It’s fashionable enough for Friday night in the ski town, but it’s also a technical layering garment. Breathable and treated with an anti-microbial finish, it wicks sweat and keeps the stink to a minimum. This means that I can pack light on multi-day road trips and keep it classy enough for a PR dinner while staying warm and dry when layered appropriately with a waterproof-breathable shell (in my case it’s usually something from Burton’s AK line).

Now if only they could transfer this tech to a jean jacket…

Coldplay, Led Zeppelin Album Covers Featured On New British Stamps

Album art from Pink Floyd, Blur and David Bowie also included.
By James Montgomery

Coldplay's new British stamps
Photo: Royal Mail

On Thursday (January 7), the U.K.'s Royal Mail unveiled a series of 10 new stamps, honoring the most iconic album covers of the past 40 years.

The albums featured in the new series are the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed, Led Zeppelin's IV, David Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars, Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells, The Clash's London Calling, New Order's Power, Corruption and Lies, Primal Scream's Screamadelica, Pink Floyd's The Division Bell, Blur's Parklife and — the most recent album on to make the cut — Coldplay's A Rush of Blood to the Head.

Meant to honor "the most potent graphic images of modern times, many of which have provided a visual soundtrack to people's lives," the series is the end result of a lengthy research process by the Royal Mail, who looked through thousands of album covers by British artists before deciding on the final list. And, during a Wednesday night BBC Radio broadcast, it was revealed that the queen herself actually approved each design.

Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page — who helped design the cover for IV — was on hand to celebrate the release of the stamps and recalled the mysterious nature of the album's iconic imagery.

"Almost 40 years after the album came out, nobody knows the old man who featured on the cover, nor the artist who painted him," he said. "That sort of sums up what we wanted to achieve with the album cover, which has remained both anonymous and enigmatic at the same time."

Of course, any great honor is befitting of an equally great contest, so, on the same day the stamps were made available to the general public, Coldplay decided to give one of their Rush of Blood stamps away. In a message on their official site, the band held a contest to send one lucky fan "a letter using a Coldplay stamp, postmarked with today's issue date."

"We visited our local post office earlier today and bought some of the Coldplay stamps," the message read. "Very nice they are too."

UFC 124 Results: Jim Miller Submits Charles Oliveira

by Michael David Smith
Jim Miller has shown once again that he's one of the best lightweights in mixed martial arts, and Charles Oliveira has suffered the first loss of his career, after the two fought an exciting, back-and-forth couple of minutes before Miller submitted Oliveira in the first round at UFC 124.

Miller took Oliveira to the ground early in the first round and stayed on top of him, but Oliveira was very active with strikes and submission attempts from the bottom. But when Oliveira went for Miller's leg, Miller reversed it with a knee bar, forcing Oliveira to tap at the 1:59 mark of the first round.

"Charles is a tough kid with a ton of potential, but I'm one of the best in the world," Miller said afterward.

Ratthapark Wilairot Update: Conscious, But Not Yet Speaking

More news on the condition of Ratthapark Wilairot, who was seriously injured in a road traffic accident that killed the rider of the motorcycle the Thai Moto2 rider was a passenger on. News emanating out of Thailand, in both the Bangkok Post and the website StayOnTheBlack.com suggests that happily, Wilairot's condition is improving.

According to the reports, Wilairot is now conscious, though the Stop&Go rider is still unable to talk. Fears of brain damage appear to have been allayed, as though Wilairot is not yet capable of speaking, he has been able to communicate with the doctors by a primitive sign language, and answer some of their questions.

Wilairot usually lives in Spain, but had returned to Thailand to attend his father's funeral. Christmas Wilairot, himself a former motorcycle racer, died last week of liver cancer. The service for Ratthapark's father has been postponed, in the hope that Ratthapark will have recovered sufficiently to attend his father's funeral.

Was Health Care Reform Celebration Premature?

Kate Pickert, Time
It was the ultimate Christmas Eve present for Barack Obama. Around 7 a.m. one year ago today, every Democratic senator in office - 60 in all - voted in favor of enacting comprehensive health care reform. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid had leveraged the threat of spending Christmas in the Capitol to force even reticent Democratic senators to support the landmark legislation, close a major chapter of the debate over health care and head home for the holiday.

Nanopore DNA sequencing technique promises entire genome in minutes or your money back

Scientists refine speedy nanopore DNA sequencing technique, entire genome in minutes or your money back
Those vaguely affordable DNA tests that promise to tell you just how likely you are to be stricken by some horrible and unavoidable genetic affliction in the future? They only look at a tiny fraction of the bits and bobs and bases that make up your genetic code. There's a race on to develop a quick and inexpensive way to sequence a human's entire genome, a process that costs about a million thousands of dollars now and takes ages but, via the technique under development at Imperial College London, could be done in a few minutes for a couple of bucks in 10 years. The process relies on nanopores, which are the go-to tech for companies trying to pull this off. Basically, a DNA strand is pushed through a 2nm hole on a silicon chip and, as it moves through, that chip is able to use an electrical charge to read the strand's coding sequence. That is then spit out to a supercomputer to crunch the numbers at a speed of 10 million bases per second and, within minutes, you too can have some hard data to make you freak out about the future -- and maybe a place to put your iPod, too.

Update: As many of you pointed out, there are multiple places to get your full genome scanned now for prices in the mere thousands of dollars. Pocket change, really.

Firefox 4 Awesome Bar gets a bit of Googleesque 'Instant' magic

Mozilla Labs Prospector, Instant Preview
Muddying the waters with yet another 'Instant' product, and with only one letter differentiating it from one of Google's new features, Mozilla Labs has just launched the next step in the Prospector experiment: Instant Preview. Now, as you scroll through possible results in your Awesome Bar, the target page will begin to load. Instead of having to guess if it's the right page, you'll be able to glance down and check... instantly!

Mozilla Labs points out that you can also use it for 'temporal' information, such as weather and stocks news, or a Web comic. Type the first two letters of your favorite comic into the Awesome Bar, and the comic automatically loads. Read it, then simply press Esc and the Web page you were looking at before instantly re-appears.

Of course, you could use the same technique to check Download Squad regularly, too.

Microsoft Security Essentials 2 available for download, now an even better free antivirus for Windows

microsoft security essentials
There's really no question what the most popular, free antivirus program for Windows is here at Download Squad. You, our readers, make it pretty clear whenever we post about the topic that Microsoft Security Essentials is at the top of the heap -- and we tend to agree. With detection rates every bit as good as some competing paid products (and better than many), MSE might just be the best piece of free software Microsoft has ever released.

And it's just gotten better, with the official arrival of Security Essentials 2. The upgrade adds several key improvements, not the least of which is a heuristic scanning engine. One of the big knocks against its predecessor was that MSE's protection relied too heavily upon definitions -- and in today's ever-changing threat landscape, definitions just aren't enough. Still, I never had a single machine at home become infected while running MSE 1, so now that version 2 includes heuristic kung-fu I'm even less concerned about the safety of my Windows PCs.

MSE 2 also offers improved defense by better integrating with existing Windows features. The updated app adds muscle to the Windows Firewall and Internet Explorer to offer increased protection against network and Web-based threats. There's also a new network inspection feature which uses the Windows Filtering Platform in Vista and Windows 7 -- XP users won't benefit from this feature, obviously.

If you're already running MSE, check your update tab for an upgrade notification -- your system tray icon may also be orange if the update is available. You can also download Security Essentials 2 manually from this page and install over the old version.
